IFSI-USA/Adult Education Program

Mattapan, Massachusetts

As an organization, IFSI’s mission is to center the voice of immigrants and expedite their successful integration into the social and economic fabric of the United States with justice and dignity. Our adult education programs target ESL, computer skills, and certification-focused instruction. Once individuals have the skills necessary to begin a job search, our workforce development team helps them attain meaningful careers through resume building, interviewing training, and job placement. Combined, these programs help to accelerate and prioritize their adaptation and integration within their new communities. For immigrants to the United States, English proficiency is of the utmost importance. For that reason, we offer our English classes both online and in person. We run two semesters a year, one in Fall, from September to December, and one in Spring, from January to May. Our students also come in the summer to learn more skills through a variety of workshops for their professional development. More information can be found on our website at www.ifsi-usa.org on how to enroll. Class Types: ESOL, Computer Class Times Available: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
