Most career preparation programs help you with your job search. Some programs also offer job placement services and support as you begin your new career.

MassSTEP Programs

MassSTEP programs combine adult education and career training to prepare students for careers in high-demand industries. MassSTEP programs partner with employers to provide contextualized instruction and industry-recognized credentials. Participants learn English, earn a high school credential, and earn a credential in their field – all at the same time.
