Somerville Public Library ELL/Citizenship Program

The library offers a dedicated English Language Learning collection at each of our libraries. In addition to our collections, drop-in style ELL classes are offered.
In partnership with St. Mark Community Education Program, the library also offers citizenship tutoring and citizenship classes for eligible individuals (5 years as a lawful permanent resident or 3 years, if married to a US citizen). A basic level of English is also required.
